Latest Dr visit

I called the cf clinic this morning since Cheyenne is still having all of the same symptoms...fever, increased cough, rattle/wheeze, throat clearing, loss of appetite...plus headaches. He wanted to see her, so off we went. She has lost the 14 pounds (jk..the 1.4 pounds) from last weeks gain and there is a marked decrease in her pft's. He said her sinuses are back to very nasty, she has bronchitis and he can really hear her stenosis.
He is making two referals...the first one is to a pediatric surgeon here in Tulsa, to see if he can come up with something else to stop/slow down the progression of her lung deterioration.
The second one is to an ENT for possible sinus surgery.
On the way home, Cheyenne was being her usual funny self. We were talking about Radio Disney. She asked if they had that when I was a kid...I said no, they didnt even have Disney Channel yet...she says (and she was serious, mind you)...
Oh yea, they didnt even make cars then, right?
I hope you all got as big of a laugh out of that as I did.. she is too funny. I think she knew I needed to laugh or I would cry.
I will let you all know when the appointments are...please keep praying for her.
