I received a suprise call from the St. Louis surgeon himself today. We spoke at length, about 30 minutes actually. He told me all the pros and cons of going ahead with this surgery. One of which is...this is not a one time thing..if he is able to go ahead with it once he is in there..we will have to have it done several more times, as often as every six weeks. He feels that we need to move along quite quickly. I am to get a cd of all of Chey's xrays and ct scans from this year and call his office tomorrow to schedule it asap. So, as early as next week, we will be in St. Louis. Please be in prayer for Cheyenne. It has been suggested to me that we contact Angel Flights. Has anyone done this? I am not very good at asking for help, so I dont know. Please pray for a friend of mine's grandson..I will call him baby S. He was born two days ago and has been fighting for his life every since. As of tonight, he is having a chest tube placed because of a colapsed lung.
I will update tomorrow after I get up the courage to call Missouri.
Love and hugs,
Debbie

Debbie,
My brother took one of his daughters to ST. Louis at the first of this year and he was very impressed with the hospital and all that they did. His daughter didn't have to have anything done but they really checked her out for everything that could be wrong. So I think you have a good place for Chey. We will be praying for her and the rest of you.

We haven't used Angel Flights for Kids, but know someone who has - a few times. It's a blessing. Don't be afraid to ask for help at times when you need help.
